I started my own company after acquiring 14+ years of design and working drawing experience in the Charlotte area. This experience partnered with my construction background has been a great asset to my success. I grew up in a small farming area of western NY where I acquired a hard work ethic and love for the outdoors. I was an art major in high school and later received a degree in residential design. I moved to the Charlotte Metro area in the early 90’s and began work in the luxury home industry and I have had the opportunity to work on homes in most every golf and lake community from Salisbury, NC to Fort Mill, SC. I earned my Certified Professional Building Designer designation as well as many other designations through the National Association of Home Builders(NAHB).

I fell in love with the sport of triathlon several years ago as it continuously teaches me to overcome great obstacles and the realization that anything is possible when you put forth tremendous effort. This mind set keeps KDH Residential Design nimble and able to make adjustments with the ebbs and flows of the residential market. This is why I am so passionate about this industry and want to continue to improve clients lives through making their homes custom to their lives.

Originally from New Hampshire, I love the outdoors; hiking, camping, and dominating the game of horseshoes. I enjoy the arts in my spare time; painting, drawing/sketching, wood working, and music (especially drums and guitar). I worked many years building houses and this has helped me greatly in my residential design career. When you have a full understanding of how houses go together, you can utilize this knowledge to provide people with the best and most efficient design for their needs.

I grew up in the small town of McCormick, South Carolina, across the Savannah River from Augusta, Georgia. Growing up I was interested in the outdoors, how things were constructed, and art. I went to Forsyth Tech for Architectural Technology, graduating in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science. I started my career at KDH Residential Design in 2021. I like residential architecture because I have the opportunity to create livable art pieces, how the home interacts with its surroundings, and how it contributes to making memories with family and friends.

Hi, I'm Caity! I am Kevin's administrative assistant here at KDH. I grew up in Northern Vermont and attended college in Burlington, VT. I enjoy going to State Parks with my dogs and wife, going shopping, and visiting nature centers in my free time.

Hi, I’m Miranda! I’m a NC Certified Paralegal turned marketing and social media manager geek. I grew up in Maryland, but moved to NC when I was a kid. While in college at NC State I met my now husband, and we moved to Charlotte. We have two cats - Mr. Sox and Theo. I enjoy the outdoors, travel, friends/family time, and art. I have always been interested in many activities and love to learn something new. I love to stay curious and experience new things!
