The Enclave house was a fun house to design. The client brought a fresh attitude towards this lake home, asking for a relaxed formal feel. The client wanted some formal areas but the whole of home was to be functional and relaxed for entertaining large parties. The outdoor poolside terrace is great for summer gatherings and works well with the lower level entertainment rooms. The rear of the home settles into a secluded cove setting for plenty of privacy. The overall exterior design offers a very classy old-world style. Inside we have large windows and vaulted ceilings to bring natural light into the home. This home also features a stair turret and a functional porte-cochere which encapsulates a large motor court and garages for 5 vehicles.
